When putting your home on the market, it's never been more important to put your best foot forward in terms of marketing. Without doubt THE most important piece of this puzzle are the images of your home. Over 90% of real estate searches in Australia now take place online and over 80% of those searches are made on a mobile device. If the agent you've engaged to sell your most valuable asset starts snapping away with their mobile phone you should probably show them the door. Statistics tell us that on realestate.com.au one of the most viewed sections of a property on the portal is a floor plan. It's no longer optional. We were really excited to shoot this project for Everstyle Builders as we love Heather's bold work and just knew that her Cape Paterson studio would be full of beautiful pieces and design from all over the world. Everstyle Builders have done an amazing job converting the small existing residence into a work of art itself and it really is a beautiful place to be.

Take a tour behind the scenes of somewhere that magic really happens!

If you've ever attended any productions by the Wonthaggi Theatrical Group, you'll know just how much effort and community work goes into bringing a production to life. We were asked to take a few shots for the group's 50th anniversary publication of their new rehearsal and theatre space, affectionately know as "The Shed" and hidden away in the Wonthaggi State Coal Mine grounds.

As you will see in the following images, to call this place "the Shed" is a bit of a dis-service. What this place really is, is a monumental community effort, born of hard work, blood, sweat & tears created to provide the local community a place to rehearse, create sets and to actually stage full blown productions.

One of the things we love most about our work is getting the first good look at the sum of results from conceptual design through to finished build. It's safe to say that when the Adapt Design Group have had a hand in the design it's going to be a pleasure to shoot, we love being hired to photograph their work. When builders and designers spend months even years pouring their heart and soul into a project, it's a great feeling to be able to capture their work for their sales decks to help them win new business.

We are still sometimes amazed when architects and builders finish one project and then just move onto the next without documenting their work. In a connected world one of the first questions new potential clients ask is "Can I see some of your work?". In a digital age giving them a list of addresses doesn't really cut it. More often then not those clients would of made the decision to hire you (or not) long before they meet you based on the information they find online. It's up to you to make sure that information isn't just good but great.
